Your Home Should Adapt to You.
Dear Neighbor,
I started Silver Haven Homes because I noticed a dangerous gap in how we treat our homes as we age.
When a senior falls or begins to face mobility challenges, the standard industry response is “medical equipment.” Beautiful homes are filled with aluminum ramps, sterile white grab bars, and hospital-style lifts. While these solutions may improve safety, they often come at the cost of dignity, comfort, and the feeling of home.
On the other side are general contractors who can create beautiful spaces, but don’t understand the physiology of aging. They install toilets that are too low, grab bars that are too slick, and showers with hidden trip hazards—because they’re building for code, not for people.
I believed there had to be a better way.
Silver Haven Homes bridges that gap. We are a Clinically Informed Construction Firm—combining medical understanding with thoughtful design and craftsmanship.
We don’t guess where a safety feature should go. We measure grip strength, reach, and real-world movement.
We don’t install “handicap” equipment. We design architectural safety features that integrate seamlessly into your home and enhance its long-term value.
My team and I are Certified Aging-in-Place Specialists (CAPS). We are licensed, insured, and trained to work in occupied homes with the care, respect, and attention you deserve. We call this our White Glove approach—because your home, your comfort, and your independence matter.
We are here to ensure that the home you love remains the safest and most comfortable place on earth.
Sincerely,
Paul Park, CAPS
