What That Looks Like in Practice

What "Clinically Informed Construction" Actually Means

Four things separate Ace Access Homes from both the medical equipment dealers and the general contractors. Each one reflects a conviction that accessibility work should be measured by the life it gives back — not the product it installs.

01

We Solve the Problem, Not Just the Staircase

A stairlift addresses one obstacle. A CAPS-certified home assessment identifies every hazard — from bathroom falls to kitchen reach — so you have a complete safety plan, not just a product. We suggest the smallest set of changes that make the biggest difference.

02

Fast Service When It Matters Most

A broken stairlift isn't an inconvenience — it can trap a loved one. Our 24–48 hour service commitment isn't a marketing promise. It's the practical advantage of being a local team, not a national dispatch queue.

03

You Know Who You're Calling

No 1-800 numbers. No franchise escalation. You work with the owner directly — someone with a reputation to protect in the same community you live in. That accountability shapes every decision we make.

04

One Contractor for Everything

Stairlifts, grab bars, walk-in showers, wheelchair ramps, vertical platform lifts, kitchen accessibility. One trusted contractor handles it all — no juggling multiple companies, no coordination headaches, no gaps between scopes.

Side by Side

How We Stack Up Against the National Chains

Most people comparing accessibility contractors don't know what questions to ask. This is the comparison we'd want to see if we were in your shoes.

A Letter From the Founder

Why I Started Ace Access Homes

Paul Park, CAPS Certified Founder of Ace Access Homes
Paul Park, CAPS
Founder & General Manager
Ace Access Homes
Dear Neighbor,

You've seen what we do and how we do it. Here's why I built this company in the first place.

I started Ace Access Homes because I noticed a dangerous gap in how we treat our homes as we age. When a senior falls or begins to face mobility challenges, the standard industry response is "medical equipment." Beautiful homes get filled with aluminum ramps, sterile white grab bars, and hospital-style lifts. These solutions may improve safety — but they often come at the cost of dignity, comfort, and the feeling of home.

On the other side are general contractors who can create beautiful spaces but don't understand the physiology of aging. They install toilets that are too low, grab bars that are too slick, and showers with hidden trip hazards — because they're building for code, not for people.

I believed there had to be a better way.

Ace Access Homes bridges that gap. We are a Clinically Informed Construction Firm — combining medical understanding with thoughtful design and careful craftsmanship.

We don't guess where a safety feature should go. We measure grip strength, reach, and real-world movement. We don't install "handicap" equipment. We design architectural safety features that integrate seamlessly into your home and enhance its long-term value.

My team and I are Certified Aging-in-Place Specialists (CAPS). We are licensed, insured, and trained to work in occupied homes with the care, respect, and attention you deserve. We call this our White Glove approach — because your home, your comfort, and your independence matter.

We're here to ensure that the home you love remains the safest and most comfortable place on earth.

Sincerely, Paul Park, CAPS Founder & General Manager
